X-Series End Blocks
Drop-In End Blocks for Sputter Systems

With the X-Series, we offer two types of drop-in end blocks for sputter coating equipment.

The X-Series is available for upgrades and retrofits for all coating systems, regardless of the manufacturer. And these end blocks cover a wide range of specifications.

XC-S End Block

The XC-S end block is a compact, internal drop-in end block for low to medium power sputtering systems. Typical applications for this type of end block are architectural glass, photovoltaics, web and display coating, and coatings for automotive applications.

Our XC-S end block is available for upgrades and retrofits for all coating systems, regardless of the  manufacturer. It also covers a wide range of specifications.

In addition, this end block ensures easy maintenance and is always up to date in terms of sealing systems and power transmission.

XC-L End Block

The new X series end blocks XC-L  are drop-in end blocks for medium to high power applications such as architectural glass, thin-film photovoltaics, anti-reflective or TCO coatings.

The XC-L is state of the art in end block technology. Its new design ensures easy maintenance and is always at the cutting edge of sealing systems and power transmission.
