The core business of this subsidiary includes equipment sales activities for architectural glass coatings, solar photovoltaics, precision optics, and other applications, as well as maintenance service and spare parts sales, support for project installations, and commissioning of VON AR­DENNE coating systems.

岗位职责

  • 识别和评估潜在客户，确定目标客户；
  • 了解客户需求/技术要求，并在建议书/报价单制定过程中提供深刻的意见；
  • 准备报价单和订单；
  • 负责相关产品的推广和销售，主动会见客户，建立并维护与客户的关系；
  • 制定和修改设备（和升级）、服务销售方案和报价；
  • 协助销售总监和销售主管履行代表职责和合同谈判。
Contribute own competencies

工作要求

  • 科或同等学历；
  • 1-3 年外资或合资公司销售经验；
  • 有光伏电池业务环境（行业、客户、供应商、竞争对手）方面的经验者优先；
  • 良好的沟通能力、倾听能力和反应能力；
  • 具备良好的英语口语和写作能力，会说德语者更佳
  • 独立工作能力强，无需直接支持和监督；
  • 按照冯阿登纳的要求，为公司的进一步发展做出贡献
  • 树立并维护冯阿登纳卓越的企业形象
  • 适应国内外出差。
