Located in Shanghai, VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VON ARDENNE GmbH (Germany) in China.
The core business of this subsidiary includes equipment sales activities for architectural glass coatings, solar photovoltaics, precision optics, and other applications, as well as maintenance service and spare parts sales, support for project installations, and commissioning of VON AR­DENNE coating systems.

Taking responsibility together

岗位职责

  • 支持销售团队的工作，参与潜在客户和现有客户的联合销售拜访，撰写建议书，准备 CoO 分析；
  • 向潜在客户和现有客户推广冯-阿登纳的技术，并在重要会议上发表技术论文；
  • 协助工程团队，根据客户需求提供设备和工艺工程方面的建议；
  • 为不同细分市场的战略业务发展提供意见和分析；
  • 整合并评估光伏和建筑玻璃领域的市场信息；
  • 撰写白皮书和市场分析报告；
  • 就如何调整业务战略与管理层合作；
  • 在冯阿登纳总部、客户现场、合同镀膜公司或大学提交客户样品镀膜申请并制定可行的测试计划；
  • 为客户和同事编写和提供培训材料。
Contribute own competencies

工作要求

  • 物理学或工程学硕士学位和工商管理硕士学位（有博士学位者优先）；
  • 至少5年等离子处理和真空镀膜设备（PVD、PECVD、蚀刻）经验；
  • 具有光伏技术或建筑玻璃技术及其制造方法方面的经验以及良好的技术理解能力者优先；
  • 出色的分析和规划技能；
  • 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，包括指导和教学能力以及出色的团队精神；
  • 良好的跨文化沟通能力；
  • 多元文化适应能力；
  • 对自主学习感兴趣；
  • 具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力；
  • 了解以下工艺：
    • ITO 镀膜、用于建筑玻璃镀膜的低辐射、双低辐射、三低辐射薄膜、
  • 光伏电池的前触点、后触点和活性层。
  • 树立并维护冯阿登纳的良好企业形象；
  • 适应国内外出差。
